Inside Sales Lead

Peninsula Iron Works has a long history of offering a wide range of equipment and services, including crusher, feeder & conveyor rebuilds. Our products are used in a variety of industries, including mining, power generation, cement, pulp and paper. The business is part of a larger organization called TerraSource Global headquartered in St. Louis Missouri, an OEM manufacturer of Gundlach, Jeffrey Rader, Pennsylvania Crusher, and Elgin Separation Solutions brands. The business is further supported by a worldwide manufacturing and supply chain base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

PIW is looking for an experienced estimating and sales leader. This candidate will drive growth and help to improve estimating and sales processes across the team. They will assist in meeting the goals set by management to help move the company toward growth. Should be comfortable making important decisions that directly affect P&L on projects. We are fast moving team that works heavily in the rebuild side of manufacturing and it is critical to have the ability to get project information to the floor quickly and accurately. This person will be responsible for training the other members of the team as well. Candidate must have a working knowledge of using AutoCAD and/or experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

• An engineering degree is preferred, but not required with proper experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating and sales in the manufacturing space.
• Must have a solid understanding of machining, fabrication, and mechanical processes.
• Must be reliable, punctual, organized, and have solid interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be comfortable interfacing directly with customers.

Travel:

Occasional, less than 10%
